Terms of Service

By playing Bird City (“the Game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your bird account. Keep the device and browser you use to play secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings menu in the Game.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable conduct

• Be respectful. Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other players is not allowed.
• No cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, or automating gameplay.
• No attempts to access other players’ accounts, or to disrupt the service for others.
• Choose a bird name that is not obscene, hateful, or impersonating. We may change names that violate this rule.

3. Virtual coins and purchases

• Coins are an in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash.
• Coin-pack purchases are final. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple; refunds for Android purchases are handled by Google. Web (Stripe) purchases can be refunded by contacting support within 7 days of purchase if the coins have not been spent.
• If your account is deleted — by you or by us — any unspent coins are forfeited.
• We may adjust prices, add new coin packs, or change what coins can be spent on, at any time.

4. Intellectual property

• The Game, its art, code, character designs, and brand (including the name “Bird City” and the Mayor Reginald Featherbottom III character) are owned by Keeda Studios LLC.
• You may record, stream, and share gameplay footage personally. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Availability

The Game is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific feature sets, or that the Game will continue to exist in future. We may take the Game offline for maintenance or permanently at any time.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keeda Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have spent on coin packs in the 90 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced on the join screen before you play again. Continued play after a change means acceptance.
